Trolley Type Core Drying Oven

Designed for heavy foundry and electrical manufacturing environments, the Bestway Trolley Type Oven incorporates heavy-duty floor-mounted rails and manual or motorized wheel trolleys. Heavy sand cores, foundry molds, or dipped transformer stators are loaded outside and rolled directly into the heating chamber. Massive air volumes evaporate moisture quickly without cracking delicate sand cores.

Drying and curing of water-glass sand cores, CO2 cores, resin sand molds, motor stator varnish baking, and coil drying.
