Chamber Furnace

The Bestway Box / Chamber Furnace is the workhorse of industrial tool rooms and forging plants. Built with heavy reinforced steel plate casings and multi-layer ceramic refractory insulation, it features heating elements on sidewalls, backwall, hearth, and door. Hearth plates made of cast heat-resistant alloy withstand heavy abrasion and mechanical shock.

Forging billet preheating, die block hardening, normalizing, pack carburizing, solution annealing of stainless steel castings, and tempering.

Pneumatic or counter-weighted vertical lift door keeping hot face away from operator; Heavy cast alloy hearth tiles (AISI 310 / HK40) to protect floor elements; Uniform heating from 4 or 5 sides; Over-temperature safety limit controller.
