Sealed Quench Furnace (SQF)

The Bestway Sealed Quench Furnace (SQF) is the gold standard for commercial heat treatment and high-precision automotive manufacturing. Workpieces are heated in a fully sealed atmosphere chamber, transferred through an enclosed gas-tight vestibule, and lowered on a two-speed elevator directly into a high-agitation oil quench tank without any exposure to air.
