Roller Hearth Furnace

Bestway Roller Hearth Furnaces feature an automated internal roller bed made of centrifugally cast high-nickel alloy tubes or silicon carbide rollers. Driven externally by variable frequency gear drives, parts travel smoothly through heating, soaking, and controlled cooling/quench zones. Highly economical for continuous high-tonnage bar, rod, and tube processing.

Bright annealing of stainless steel and copper seamless tubes, stress relieving of cold-drawn steel bars, continuous plate normalizing, and hardening.

Water-cooled external bearing blocks with high-temperature lip seals; AC inverter-controlled synchronous roller drive system; Rapid exit acceleration roller zone for immediate quench transfer; SCADA line monitoring with automated zone tracking.
