Bogie Type Furnace

Designed for extremely heavy charge weights and oversized fabrication assemblies, the Bestway Bogie Hearth Furnace incorporates a heavy-duty motorized bogie rail car. The bogie moves out into the workshop for easy overhead crane loading and unloading. The perimeter features automatic sand trough or pneumatic fiber clamping seals to completely prevent air infiltration.

Stress relieving of welded pressure vessels, normalizing of heavy turbine forgings, annealing of steel castings, railway bogie frames, and valve bodies.

Motorized heavy rail bogie driven by geared motor with variable speed; Pneumatic clamp knife-edge sand seal along entire bogie perimeter; High-velocity burners with pulse-firing combustion technology; Multi-zone PID control for ±5°C uniformity across 10-meter chambers.
