Rotary Furnace

Bestway Rotary Furnaces are available in two principal configurations: Rotary Retort (an internal spiraled alloy drum that gently tumbles parts forward) and Rotary Hearth (a rotating donut ring hearth for individual component loading). Rotary Retort ensures 100% uniform exposure of small fasteners to heating elements and protective atmosphere.

Through-hardening, carbonitriding, and carburizing of screws, nuts, bearing balls, needle rollers, self-tapping fasteners, and chain links.

Centrifugally cast spiral flight internal retort drum in HK/HU alloy; Continuous vibratory hopper feeder with load cell rate control; Automated drop-chute directly into submerged oil/water quench conveyor; Integrated line with continuous mesh belt washing and tempering.
