The Bestway Drop Quench Solutionizing System features an elevated heating chamber positioned directly above a mobile water quench tank. Once the high-temperature solution treatment (up to 550°C) is complete, the bottom doors snap open and a high-speed hoist drops the aluminum charge into the quench tank in under 7 seconds, freezing solid solution microstructure.

Solution heat treating of aircraft structural components (2024, 7050), automotive aluminum engine blocks, cylinder heads, and suspension arms.
